SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking link once your order has shipped.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please email lumsory@gmail.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
After 24 hours, your order may have entered processing and can no longer be canceled. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 10–15 days after purchase. Some orders may take up to 4 weeks, depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other shipping disruptions.
Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped. You can also track your order at any time through our tracking page using your tracking number.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in neutral outer packaging without any indication of the contents.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at lumsory@gmail.com. We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a free replacement or refund.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors, your mailroom or reception area, and anyone else at your delivery address. We also recommend waiting 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
If you still cannot locate your package after this period, contact us at lumsory@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
